Metrocycle 2.0 is an interactive, browser-based educational game designed to teach and reinforce proper road safety behaviors for motorcycle and bicycle riders, contextualized in the Philippines.

Built upon the original prototype, this major 2.0 update transforms the project into a highly polished, engaging, and genuinely useful learning platform. Rather than treating education and gaming as separate experiences, we've merged them to prove that games can be powerful tools for public safety.

🏍️ Two Riding Modes: Choose between a Motorcycle or Bicycle, complete with dedicated, step-by-step tutorials to help you learn the rules of the road for each.

🗺️ Diverse Road Scenarios: Practice safe riding in focused scenarios (Single Lane, Multi-lane, and U-turns) or test your skills on faithfully recreated, complex real-world maps: EDSA and Commonwealth Avenue.

🌦️ Dynamic Mechanics: Experience mix-and-match weather systems, engage in BLOWBAGETS minigames as must-have pre-riding checks, and personalize and ensure your rider's safety with character customization.

💯 Revamped Scoring System: Learn from your mistakes with updated scoring mechanics and improved soft resets designed to effectively reinforce safe driving habits without unfairly punishing the learning process.

🌍 Built for Localization: Play in English or Filipino (default) translation right out of the box. The game is built on a flexible, extendable localization framework, making it easy to add new regional languages in the future.
